Drawing upon my wealth of experience in insurance and billing, I established Open Path Billing Solutions to provide much-needed support to fellow therapists and practices. Over the years, I have successfully navigated the complexities of billing and credentialing, assisting both solo practitioners and group practice owners alike. I am dedicated to helping others streamline their billing processes and maximize their practice's efficiency.

All-in-One Billing Package
Includes:

Charge copays/track deductibles - we will charge the copays for your clients

Claims submissions - we make sure codes, prices, and modifiers are correct

Track payments - monthly spreadsheet will be provided for your practice

Unlimited Online Verification of Benefits - We will help verify benefits to determine if pre-authorization is required and whether your client has a copay or a deductible.

Annual Verification Checks - Every January, we verify benefits for all your clients.

Entering claims into Alma and/or Headway

Entering payments from Alma and/or Headway into practice EHR.

Cost: 6.5% of collected reimbursement billed monthly
Any phone calls to insurance are billed hourly.
